Grass-root, a special unit of OG's N Service Association...The Skid Row Brigade would become " The Greatest Volunteer Unit In Downtown Los Angeles". Designed to BE OF SERVICE, for 8 months, day and night, this unit " set the standard of No Cigarette Butts! This unit women and men are much more than a " clean up group ", it's a group that show leadership by example to the neighborhood of Skid Row and beyond.
